Rolf® Structural Integration is a principles-based system of bodywork that combines advanced manual therapy with movement education to align posture, heal the causes of pain, and enable self-awareness skills.

People experience the best results when engaging in a series of sessions. Cleveland Rolfing does not offer the traditional ten series, as that approach was intended to be a teaching tool, not a practice tool.

Rolfer Leah Rachocki has a gentle touch that can bring lasting structural change. Leah's sessions are efficient, relaxing and educational. She has continued education in Trauma, Visceral/Cranial Manipulation, Sourecepoint Therapy and Rolf Movement. This additional training was provided through the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.

Rolfing is a team sport, the Rolfer's job is to evoke understanding, and the client's job is to take responsibility. Both parts are necessary for a successful outcome.
